Our fantastic team member, Kajsa Tretow, has contributed to the nonprofit project Coronaguiden, as the Conversational Design Teamlead. She has together with a large group of volunteers created a talking chatbot that answers the most common questions regarding Covid-19 and communicates the authorities’ latest news and statistic about the pandemic.
The initiative was started after authorities announced that there has been an increase in incoming calls regarding Corona and that there was a need to lower that amount. The service is completely free to use and can be reached by phone on (+46)8-580 977 57 or through Facebook’s messaging feature, Messenger: https://facebook.com/pg/coronaguidenchat.
Coronaguiden is built on Narratory’s platform and currently speaks Swedish but the platform supports more than 15 languages. The service is nowadays moderated by the team with daily updates and there’s hopes to have more collaborations with other relevant actors to make it even better.
So once again, we’d like to salute the amazing work that Kajsa Tretow and the rest of the team made when creating Coronaguiden and thank them for making the world a little brighter in these times. We are proud of you!
